My name is Josant and I want to help you achieve your best version and I want to show you that you can achieve anything you set your mind to. Working out and physical activity is more than a job for me, they are my passion.

I  obtained a degree in Physical Activity and Sports Science in Spain. I learned about the biomechanics of the human body and how to apply the correct exercises to improve it. Also, physical health and injury prevention without forgetting the fundamental pillar of everything, nutrition. For years, I have dedicated myself to this, to teach people that what they have in mind is possible, to gain muscle mass, lose fat, physical preparation, rehabilitation or recover from injuries. I will help you get there, where you want to be and most important; to become that person you want to be.

Nobody likes to injure themselves. We will work so that the risk of injury is the minimum. We will work with proprioceptive and coordinating exercises to prevent injuries.
