My name is Josant, since a young age I learned that hard work, discipline and a good routine gives wonderful results, no matter if you are an Elite Athlete or just an Average Joe who occasionally works out, it is something that works for everyone. Working out and physical activity are more than a job for me, they are my passion.

I  obtained a degree in Physical Activity and Sports Science (CAFD) in Spain. I learned about the biomechanics of the human body and how to apply the correct exercises to improve it. Also, physical health and injury prevention without forgetting the fundamental pillar of everything, the nutrition. For years, I have dedicated myself to this, to teach people that what they have in mind is possible, to gain muscle mass, lose fat, physical preparation, rehabilitation or recover from injuries. I will help you get there, where you want to be and the most important; to become that person you want to be.

Nobody likes to injure themselves. We will work so that the risk of injury is the minimum. We will work with proprioceptive and coordinating exercises to prevent injuries.

Readaptation of injuries

Readaptation of injuries as Low back pain, Disc herniation, Scoliosis, ACL, Ankle sprain, Micro-breakage or muscle breakage, Bone fracture, and others!

Having a high percentage of fat can be very bad for your health. Being overweight increases your risk for long-term health problems that could shorten your life, such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
